Stephen Lefebvre is an Executive Partner at Gartner, based in Calgary. He works with Gartner Executive Programs clients to provide executive-level advice, guidance, counsel, direction and assistance.

Before joining Gartner, Stephen spent 24 years in industry in various senior IT rolls both locally and internationally. These roles included leadership development, strategy & planning, and business relationship management. As a perpetual agent of change, Stephen often found himself helping teams work through acquisitions and mergers, major capital investments, and building a safe environment to take risks and innovate. He now combines those experiences with Gartner’s leading information technology research to help public and private sector companies across different industries achieve their goals.
